Job Description

Key Accountabilities:
  • Drive pricing and commercial decision-making for du Postpaid & Fixed portfolio through pricing initiatives, market moves, tariff rebalancing etc.
  • Evaluate, recommend and approve propositions, along with segments & pricing colleagues in order to maximize value creation
  • Expertise in pricing models, good understanding of performance indicators and revenue/margin reporting
  • Financial modelling
  • Proactively monitor and benchmark market trends, evaluate best practices, analyse performance of propositions and work closely with segment & pricing teams on implementing corrective measures in order to address any gaps.
  • Cascade organizational vision and cross-functional information in order to support committed action.
  • Continuously develop and learn own understanding of the business area and products that are at the forefront of technological advances in order to effectively assess incoming business opportunities and asses where new opportunities can be generated.
  • Implement and drive adherence of offers to TRA price control policy and generate solutions, actively driving towards implementation and fixing any gaps and issues that occur.
Key Qualifications, experience and skills: Qualifications:
  • Minimum bachelor\'s in economics, Marketing or Finance or higher
Experience:
  • Minimum 8 \xe2\x80\x93 12 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with a minimum 6+ years of experience in a telecom pricing role.
  • Proven experience of working closely with marketing and analytics in all aspects of pricing assessments
Skills
  • Excellent understanding of telecom industry with knowledge covering Mobile, Data, Fixed telephony, IPTV and Managed services
  • Close working association with \xe2\x80\x98beyond core\xe2\x80\x99, including OTT, gaming, loyalty, financial services etc
  • Strong proficiency in financial and business modelling as well as excel modelling of complex problems.
  • Ability to deconstruct complex analytical problems into an easy-to-digest format for key stakeholders in the decision-making process.
  • Good ability to manage, co-ordinate and multi-task.
  • Customer-focus with an ability to effectively and quickly resolve problems and issues.
  • Strong ability to work well with all levels within the organization and communicate effectively and clearly.
