JOB DESCRIPTION:
Core Objectives
- Achieving the optical business objectives
- Reviewing Optical sales for the division - target setting to monitoring sales evolution
- Working with the Optical Head in devising product offers and incentives to drive growth in the category
- Focusing on efforts to drive growth in refractions, fits and sale of multiple pairs
- Monitoring of optical fittings and exercising action when required
- Participating or supporting in other project and assignments
- Formulating and adhering to all optical processes
- Customer Complaint Resolution Process (CRF)
- Managing Stock, sales, assessment and new product launches
- Reviewing of sales, ATV, SV and Progressive dispensing on a daily basis
- Reviewing of stocks, delivery timelines and customer feedback
- Monitoring of new products in the market periodically
- Following up with stores, consumer offers etc.
- Monitoring Store targets and performance
- Post Graduate/ Master's in Business Management or related areas
- Relevant experience of at least 7 to 8 years
- Experience in product life cycle management and sales at the core
- Experience in operations and supply chain process will be an advantage
- Should have prior experience in Principal management & negotiations
- Good analytical skills and therefore knowledge of the relevant software is essential
