Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of a manpower supply company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between clients, workforce, and internal departments while maintaining compliance with UAE labor regulations and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise daily manpower operations including deployment, scheduling, and workforce allocation
-Coordinate with clients to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely fulfillment
-Oversee visa processing, onboarding, and other HR-related administrative functions
-Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and health & safety standards
-Monitor project costs, profitability, and operational KPIs
-Manage a team of coordinators and support staff to ensure smooth field operations
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
-Minimum 5-7 years of experience in operations within the manpower or facilities management industry in the UAE
-Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
-Good understanding of UAE labor laws, visa procedures, and WPS regulations
-Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
-Valid UAE driving license preferred
Package Includes:
-Salary: Upto AED 15,000/Month
