Oversaw daily management and coordination of plant operations, including production, pre-production, operations, and logistics. Developed policies and procedures designed to increase productivity, assure quality, and mitigate production problems. Improved throughput and other in-house processes with objective of reducing overall costs and increasing productivity. Provided direction to subordinate managers, offering professional expertise, and monitored performance to ensure departmental and individual objectives are achieved within scheduled timelines and budgets. Established and maintained safe, legally compliant workplace, and enforcing compliance with all corporate policies and procedures. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Experience:
