Vacancy for Production Manager For Mattress, and Furniture Factory at Sabhan Overseeing the production process and drawing up a production schedulebased on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply in order to meet customer requirements. Setting a standards quantity forraw materials, labor hours and machine hours for customized order and mass production. Assess existing capacity and develop operational plans and forecasts based on future plans for demand Accountable for controlling manufacturing operation and ensuring that production quality and cost targets are met. Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment Play a key role in the quality control and review processes to continually improve. Guides department activities to hold up design of new products, modify existing designs, and improve production techniques. Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed as per the standard safety guidelines. Work with the sales personnel to offer models for new product introductions. Manage, coach and develop a high performing team that meets agreed objectives, delivers best practice results and works to make continuous improvements Set department objectives/KPIs and review ways in which to enhance the performance of the capacity planning department and add value Requirements 1. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering or anyTechnical course 2. Minimum 5 years relevant work experience, Mattress and Furnituremanufacturing 3.
