Qa/qc For The Furniture Factory
Job Description
- Inspect products purchased by the company from suppliers and maintain records of supplier performance.
- To carry out the inspection-related activities of all components and assemblies in the system.
- Dimensional and visual in-process inspection in conjunction with controlled drawings and applicable specifications.
- Final inspection of all jobs performed in the facility and 100% inspection of finished components.
- To perform or oversee Pressure Testing of assembled & unassembled parts to ensure that all acceptance criteria have been met.
- Apply company, and where appropriate Client Company Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Policy and Management Systems.
- Reporting directly to the Head of the department.
- All delivery items should be checked and marked proper for site installation teams.
- Ensure the deliveries to site is complete, with approved specification and with the best quality.
- Material selections from suppliers.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree
- 3 to 5 Years’ Gulf experience.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 in a productive environment.
- Should be familiar with Joinery/Furniture & Interior raw materials
