Key Accountabilities
Based in Dubai -Regional Hub of AMEA, you will be part of an international team working transversally with multiple global business units and corporate functions in Paris.
As the Regional Process Owner, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of effective Group and Regional programs, processes, and activities related to skills, Learning and Organizational Development for AMEA region, which spans across different geographies and businesses. You will work closely with Group corporate, the businesses, and the Countries Head of HR to ensure the successful execution of these initiatives.
You will oversee the following missions:
Skills and Learning
Rollout of all the Group and Regional training initiatives: academies, programs for developing the local talent pool, mandatory or specific programs (Onboarding path, Management path,\xe2\x80\xa6), Learning events. Ensure that these programs are properly completed by the target population within the allotted timeframe and budget.
Be accountable for the regional training offer with optimization and efficiency purpose. With ENGIE University, identify local providers to implement Group and Regional programs.
Promote the Group Skills referential and work with the businesses to make sure managers in the region have and can get the right skills expected by their job.
Skills needs: As a counterpart of the Group Strategic Workforce Planning Lead, traduce the Group\'s 3-year Skills Roadmap at regional level and work on local skills specific needs. Deploy (or, if needed develop) adapted programs.
Be the HRIS (Sezame) Learning and Talent referent for the regional catalogue and Talent process.
Organizational development
Manage and coordinate the full People Position Review process for the AMEA region and to ensure that HR managers in each country and the Regional Talent Manager implement the appropriate action plans arising from this process.
Manage, animate and coordinate the DEI Roadmap and Fifty Fifty Program.
Support cultural transformation through deployment of Group programs (Engie Ways of Working, Engie Ways of Leading,\xe2\x80\xa6).
Manage and coordinate the ENGIE&Me (Employee engagement survey) process and ensure the definition of a proper actions plan per country.
Rollout of all the Group and Regional HR development initiatives (Talent, Diversity,\xe2\x80\xa6).

Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or equivalent
Master\'s Degree or MBA a plus
Experience
15+ years working within Human Resources and a minimum of five or more years of experience in the HR Development function, in Multinational Companies
Experience with global Learning and Talent programs preferred
Background in the energy sector is looked upon favourably
Fluent written and spoken English
