Raise awareness for ENTERTAINER Business Loyalty and Rewards solutions
Ensure consideration of the ENTERTAINER when Government and semi-Government departments are considering loyalty and rewards programmes
Build and maintain a database of Government departments with key contacts within Salesforce
Manage time efficiently to spend appropriately with prospects
Create a competitive analysis of the ENTERTAINER Business solutions versus incumbent vendors to Government depts
Support UAE and GCC sales team, where appropriate, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, to help progress opportunities
Define and execute the strategy for growing Government business

Experience required
At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the software, digital, loyalty, CRM space
UAE National
Experience doing business with Government entities
Self-motivated, must have proven track record at growing revenue within the specified region
Strong client presence: the ability to develop trusted relationships with senior clients
Experience in managing and closing a pipeline
Excellent negotiation skills
Ability to travel (mainly within the GCC)
Experience of CRM systems
Must be resourceful, adaptable and be able to work in a fast-pace, high pressure, constantly changing environment. Must adapt to external priorities changing rapidly and be able to shift operations without stress or resistance.
Superior organisational, English and Arabic verbal & written communication and exceptional interpersonal skills
Ability to work within a matrix and globally distributed workforce operation
