The Role:
Transform Ooredoo Mobile and Web Applications to more agile and stable platform by enriching the channels with Sales and Care Capabilities and adding AI elements to improve customer engagement and experience in the Digital Channels.
Key Accountabilities and Activities:
Manage Mobile Applications development life cycle
Plan and execute releases based on Roadmap and Feature enrichment in Sales and Care areas for all customer types
Enhance Mobile Application API Integration
Agile App development and Planning
Responsible in maintaining feature repository and bug fixes releases
Sync up Mobile and Web App Features and Releases
Manage and Maintain Targeted Promotion based Web Applications
Manage Large and Small Screen Related Compatibility
Wearable & Connected Devices Technology implementationManage the Mobile and Web App CMS platform
Owns the CMS upgrades and release activities
Ensure CMS is business user friendly and keep on moving control from Technology to Marketing via enhancing CMS Capabilities
Owns the SDKs and API’s integration of the CMS
Monitor User Journeys and continuous improvements of the apps journey to meet the customer expectations
Enhancement of Technologies used to improve app customer experience and deliver OS specific featured releases
Work with Customer Experience to improve and ease the User Journey
Utilize Google Analytics and other Analytics tools to monitor customer behaviour and plan releases to fix the gaps
Lead the Monitoring of Voice of Customer Reports and feedback to come up with action plan which fixes any issues encountered by customers
Owns the E2E App Customer Journey enhancements and capabilitiesOwns the App Digital Analytical tools (Google Analytics, Adjust, …etc)
Work with Marketing Intelligence to update the Reporting and Dashboard Views
Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Performance reporting to direct manager and other internal stakeholders
Manage Social Media Activities related to Apps and Advertisement with Branding and Communication Team
Monitor and Perform activities to increase Monthly Active User and Retention in both Mobile and Web Applications
Work on Delivering Tailor made UX/UI that suites the telecom and Digital industry
Adjust the Design Compatibility with new device dimension and specification releases
Unify the Experience across web and mobile appsCome up with Short Term and Long-Term Projects to enhance and improve Mobile and Web Apps
Improve Cost Efficiency by introducing cost efficient tools and platforms
Perform yearly planning aligned with Strategic Marketing Initiatives
Futuristic and AI Adoption in Mobile and Web Applications (Chat Bots, Predictive Marketing, Automated Customer Engagement Tools…etc)Ensure Quality of deliverable in Day 2 Day Content Changes
Manage Quality of User Acceptance Testing on Mobile App, Web Apps, CMS, mCommerce Upgrades and Releases
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Relevant Field of education
Other Information:
Required 5-6 years of experience based on progression ladder
Experience in Android & IOS SDK
Familiarity with standard client/server-based architectures
Strong experience with mobile development concepts like UI constraints and memory management
Demonstrated ability to analyse business requirements and translate them to wireframes
Perfect written and verbal English communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Visionary in next generation technologies
Great Presentation Skills
Advance Documentation Skills Previous experience in developing Telecom Products and Services Demonstrated knowledge in the following required:
Cross-functional program/project management involving embedded software and mobile application software development environments.
Experience in Managing development of Android, IOS, Web Platform
Agile software development practices and tools, preferably in an embedded or mobile application systems environment.
Experience in managing 3rd party development partners.
Experience with SCRUM framework; environment, methodologies and practices
Prior software development and test experience using web technologies, mobile platforms, .Net and/or Java is a plus.
Experience in mass market consumer mobile electronics development.
Experience in Managing Mobile Commerce Platforms is a plus
Experience in adobe XD, SketchApp, Wireframing tools
Professional Techno Marketing Requirement document writing skills
Having prior experience with Digital BSS systems is a plus6 years’ experience in Mobile/Web Application Management
4 years’ experience in eCommerce Platform and Management
3+ years’ experience in Telecom is a plus
