Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager with 3-5 years of local experience in payments, fintech, or acquiring banks in the KSA region. The role involves leading sales operations, managing team performance, and driving revenue growth through strategic merchant partnerships. Candidates with Arabic language skills and an existing merchant pipeline in the region will have a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team in KSA, ensuring high performance and achievement of targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive merchant acquisition and revenue growth.
Manage and maintain key merchant relationships, fostering strategic partnerships.
Oversee sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, product, marketing) to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and support.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify opportunities for expansion in the region.
Provide Training, mentorship, and performance reviews for team members.
Bring in existing merchant relationships/pipeline to accelerate business growth.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of payments, fintech, or acquiring bank operations in KSA.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Graduate in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales/business development within payments, fintech, or acquiring banks in KSA.
