AED 10,000 - 13,000 + incentives

We are seeking an experienced

Business Development Manager

with a proven track record in driving business growth across the

GCC and KSA markets

. The ideal candidate will have strong networks, a hunter mindset, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships within the

marketing and creative services

industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the client base in the GCC and KSA. Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across influencer marketing, social media management, events, and activations. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline -- from lead generation to deal closure. Establish and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored proposals and deliver winning pitches. Achieve sales targets and report progress regularly.

Requirements:

2-4 years of business development or sales experience within digital, marketing, or creative agencies. Strong understanding of GCC and KSA market dynamics. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Arabic-speaking candidates (Jordanian or Lebanese preferred). Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
