Role Overview

Responsible for building and nurturing strategic relationships with corporate clients, investors, developers, and service providers to drive new business opportunities and enhance the company's property management and real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Partnerships

: Identify and secure strategic partnerships with developers, investors, corporate tenants, relocation agencies, and large-scale landlords.

Business Development

: Source and negotiate deals for property management contracts, bulk sales or leases, and joint ventures.

Stakeholder Engagement

: Maintain strong relationships with government entities, community organizations, and industry associations to support company objectives.

Brand Collaboration

: Develop co-marketing initiatives with corporate partners to increase property visibility and occupancy.

Market Intelligence

: Research market trends and emerging opportunities in commercial and residential property sectors.

Contract Management

: Draft, review, and manage partnership agreements ensuring compliance with UAE real estate laws and RERA regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field. Proven experience (5+ years) in real estate corporate relations, business development, or property management partnerships. Strong negotiation, networking, and presentation skills. Familiarity with UAE real estate regulations and property management best practices. Ability to manage high-value transactions and long-term client relationships.

Performance Indicators

Number and value of new corporate partnerships secured. Occupancy rate and revenue growth from partnered properties. Customer and partner satisfaction ratings. ROI on partnership-driven initiatives.
