Job Title: Area Supervisor - Maintenance

(Real Estate Property Management)

Job Summary

The Area Supervisor - Maintenance is responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations across multiple properties within an assigned area. This role ensures that buildings, systems, and common areas are maintained to high safety, quality, and operational standards. The supervisor manages maintenance teams and vendors, ensures preventive maintenance compliance, controls costs, and responds effectively to breakdowns and emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate maintenance operations for multiple residential and/or commercial properties Manage on-site maintenance staff, technicians, and external contractors Plan, implement, and monitor

preventive and corrective maintenance schedules

Conduct regular inspections of buildings, MEP systems, and common areas Ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues, breakdowns, and emergency repairs Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, fire safety, and mechanical systems Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies Review work orders, maintenance logs, and service reports Manage maintenance budgets, cost control, and material inventory Approve vendor invoices and ensure quality of work delivered Coordinate annual maintenance contracts (AMCs) and service-level agreements (SLAs) Support handover of new properties and defect liability period (DLP) management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
