Key Accountabilities:

Defining, measuring and tracking of management and operational KPIs
Analyzing and interpreting management and operational KPIs. Assessing the implications and advising and recommending on possible courses of action
Work closely with Director International Carrier Product Marketing, VP International Carrier Relations and other team heads on the Strategy development process.
Responsible for planning, forecasting and budgeting.
Responsible for provision of budget and forecasts including submission to submission to COGNOS.
Engage with internal teams to prepare management and operational reports.
Align with internal teams to define and agree management and operational KPIs.
Recommend professional development for own role in areas which align with job profile.
Contribute to ICR plans for improving employee engagement.
Owns and is accountable for the documentation and improvement of key planning and performance processes.
Owns and is accountable for the documentation and improvement of key Strategy development processes.

Key Qualifications, experience and skills:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
7 years of experience
Proven knowledge of latest technologies and trends in Telecommunication.
Technical know-how of latest product offering and hands on experience of basics of voice and data network
High level of understanding of the SDH technologies, applications, switched Ethernet technologies & IP routing protocols.
Understanding of planning and performance management
Understanding of strategy development process
Proven knowledge and experience with Carrier business
Adaptability and innovation in a wholesale environment
Skills in management and operational reporting
Strong skills in office productivity applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good presentation and communication skills
