AX CAPITAL Real Estate is currently hiring for a strong/confident Mall Stand Team Leader to lead a team of 6.

You will be be a strong mentor, on the job trainer who is approachable with strong inter-personal communication skills. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Dubai Real Estate and bring experience as a front line mall stand representative.

:

• Specialise in assisting investors, and buyers to make appropriate decisions regarding property purchases for Off plan Projects
• Supervision of Mall stand Kiosk and stand staff
• Develop & implement sales and service protocols
• Generate daily and weekly sales and activity reports for management
• Engage with potential clients that approach the Mall stand
• Train/mentor and coach staff
• Manage rotas to make mall stand is staffed at all times
• Qualify all leads/information/referrals
• Assist you team in supporting investors in making the purchase of properties
• Assist clients yourself to generate leads and close sales
• with increasing their portfolios with us
• Cross-sell and train staff to cross-sell all company services including; design and fit out, Property Management, Holiday Homes, corporate formation services etc.
• Attend internal external training and conduct training for mall stand staff
