Job Purpose: The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and guiding the agents on finding prospective clients, understanding their criteria, and find living spaces that fit these criteria and then negotiating the rent and drive our buyers to close. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive your success. Responsibilities:

• Leading the whole team to achieve targets and in making sales
• Providing a professional and excellent level of trainings to team members.
• Lead & Supervise real estate sales team, perform administrative duties and stay informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry.
• Develop effective training programs that teach sales how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, and secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale following SOP's.
• Set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals for the agents to achieve and conducted sales meeting.
• Plan, design and conduct appropriate marketing and selling strategies for individual properties within budgetary limit.
• Responsible for operating and maintaining real estate properties with the goal of maximizing income and profits.
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate agency (Off-plan, Re-sale, and Rental)
• Extensive background in and a strong understanding of commercial and residential real estate acquisitions or brokerage
• Excellent communication, sales, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• A strong team player with a proactive, flexible and mature approach to the role
• An UAE Attested Bachelor's Degree
• UAE Driver's License is a must
• Experience with UAE Real Estate Developers
