Team Leader Real Estate Sales

Job Description
Royal Class is looking for a motivated and passionate Sales Team Leader with Real Estate experience, to assist in managing and motivating the sales team for performance. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
- Assists management with new team member field training
- Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
- Communicates deadlines and sales goals to team members
- Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
- Analyze the market and find new opportunities for the company's growth
- Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
- Any other job responsibility as allocated by the CEO of the company
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Real Estate sales, with a brokerage firm in Dubai
- Must have experience of Offplan, Secondary market and rental/leasing in Dubai real estate industry
- Leadership Skills & Experience
- Product Knowledge and Industry Experience
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Any graduate
- 6 months- 1-year minimum experience in Team management
- Do you have a minimum of 1 year of Real Estate brokerage sales experience in Dubai?
- Do you have UAE driving license and car?
