Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications, wound care, and assisting with daily living activities.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, recording vital signs and noting any changes in health status.
Provide education and guidance to patients and families on medical conditions, treatment plans, and recovery strategies.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Develop individualized care plans and modify them based on patient progress.
Ensure compliance with all medical and healthcare regulations.
Requirements:
Valid
UAE nursing license
(DOH/HAAD license).
Minimum of
2 years of clinical experience
as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a homecare or community setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Advanced certifications like ACLS/PALS are a plus).
Knowledge of homecare nursing practices and medical equipment.
Male
