to join our homecare team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in the comfort of their homes, ensuring their well-being and promoting recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to patients at home, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
Develop and implement care plans based on the patient's needs and physician's orders.
Monitor and manage chronic conditions, ensuring patients follow prescribed treatment plans.
Educate patients and their families on healthcare management, post-operative care, and health promotion.
Ensure proper documentation of patient care, including progress notes and vital statistics.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
Qualifications:
Valid
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
from an accredited institution.
DOH/HAAD
license from a recognized medical authority.
Minimum
2 years of nursing experience
, with at least
1 year in homecare or similar setting
.
Male candidates
preferred due to the nature of the role.
Knowledge of
basic life support (BLS)
and
advanced cardiac life support (ACLS)
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Fluency in English
(Arabic is a plus).
Familiarity with
medical equipment
used in homecare settings.
