Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Male Personal Assistant to provide efficient support to Chairman, a busy professional. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional typing speed, a strong and confident personality, and the ability to manage a wide range of tasks with precision. This role requires impeccable organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fast Typing Skills: Maintain a high level of accuracy and speed in typing documents, emails, reports, and other correspondence. Demonstrated touch typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 50 (WPM) is essential.
  • Calendar Management: Manage and maintain the executive\'s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and ensuring timely reminders.
  • Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications with a high level of professionalism. This includes managing emails, phone calls, and messages, often in a confidential and discreet manner.
  • Strong Personality: Act as a confident and assertive representative of the executive, managing interactions with colleagues, clients, and partners. Handle challenging situations with composure and professionalism.
  • Travel Coordination: Organize travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and itinerary planning. Ensure all travel logistics run smoothly.
  • Task Coordination: Assist in coordinating and managing tasks and projects, including research, data analysis, and documentation. Follow up on delegated tasks to ensure completion.
  • File Management: Maintain organized digital and physical files, ensuring documents are easily accessible when needed.
  • Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, take notes during meetings, and follow up on action items. Coordinate meeting logistics, such as setting up conference calls and video conferences.
General Support: Provide general administrative support, such as photocopying, data entry, and office organization.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proven experience in a similar personal assistant or administrative role.
  • Strong and assertive personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in the use of office software (Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
