Male Logistic Coordinator: RUSSIAN SPEAKER PREFERRED

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Male Logistics Coordinator to manage the end-to-end order placement and delivery process of our Air Shipments. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in Air logistics or order fulfillment, preferably from fast-paced environments. You will be responsible for coordinating orders, tracking deliveries, handling documentation, and ensuring the timely and secure transportation of high-value products.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage customer orders via internal systems. Liaise with sales and procurement teams to confirm order details and timelines. Schedule and track shipments to ensure timely and secure delivery. Ensure all deliveries comply with internal protocols and security guidelines. Prepare and verify shipment documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, and compliance forms. Maintain accurate records of dispatches and deliveries. Maintain aggressive follow-up between forwarders and the in-house team to ensure timely deliverables with 0% error. Provide real-time updates to customers and internal teams on order status. Report any delays or discrepancies and resolve them swiftly.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in logistics handling Air Shipments Fluent in Russian and English Strong organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive, high-value goods. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
