We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the flow of goods and services, ensuring efficient supply chain operations. This position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and proficiency in various logistics software systems.

Duties

Coordinate and oversee Air freight and logistics operations, including shipping and receiving activities. Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve any logistical issues. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding shipping and receiving. Exhibit professional phone etiquette when liaising with stakeholders.

Experience

Proven experience in Air freight and Logistics is preferred. Salary details you can check with management during the interview section. Strong analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate collaboration across departments. Proven experience in Calogi, Dubai Trade, Emirates Proficient in data entry with a high typing speed for efficient processing of information. Experience with shipping & receiving processes is essential.
