We are looking for an organized, proactive, and customer-focused
Logistics Coordinator (Freight & Sales)
to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a dual role in supporting freight operations and driving sales growth. This position requires strong coordination skills, knowledge of shipping/logistics procedures, and the ability to engage with clients effectively to promote our services.
Logistics Coordination:
Coordinate import/export shipments (air, sea, and land) from booking to final delivery.
Prepare shipping documents including BLs, invoices, packing lists, etc.
Communicate with carriers, agents, and clients to ensure timely delivery.
Track and monitor shipments and provide regular status updates.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to logistics operations.
Ensure compliance with all customs and regulatory requirements.
Sales Support:
Identify new business opportunities and promote company services to potential clients.
Prepare and send quotations and follow up on leads.
Assist the sales team in maintaining client relationships and developing strategic accounts.
Maintain a database of leads, contacts, and opportunities.
Participate in client meetings and support negotiation processes.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a similar role.
Knowledge of international shipping procedures and documentation.
Experience with sales or customer service in a logistics context.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software (e.g., ERP, CRM).
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field is an advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
