Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, restrooms, windows, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
Maintain cleanliness of all assigned spaces according to established standards and schedules
Dispose of waste properly, ensuring recycling protocols are followed where applicable
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and cleaning materials to ensure continuous availability
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution
Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to uphold high standards of hygiene
Experience
Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures is advantageous
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts
Excellent communication skills to follow instructions clearly and report issues effectively
