Job Description

MALE CLEANER/HELPER



Cleaner Duties and Responsibilities:



Performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing

Ensure that trash bins are routinely monitored and not overflowing.

Attends restrooms by cleaning and wiping down countertops, sink basins, mirrors and sanitizing toilet/urinals.

Cleaning and maintenance of pantry and Refrigerator.

Cleaning and wiping down doors and walls as necessary.

Dusts furniture, walls, office machines and equipment.

Cleans all floors in hallways, office areas, Clinic areas, and general work areas by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and/or vacuuming.

Restocks supplies in restrooms, pantry, and common areas as necessary.

Requests needed supplies and equipment in a timely manner as to not hinder continued execution of job duties.

Follows all safety procedures for use of chemical cleaners, disinfectants, and cleaning equipment.

Performs other tasks related to the designated job as instructed by the management.

Always maintain a positive attitude and professional relationship with staffs and clients.

Cleaner Requirements and Qualifications:



Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.

Prioritization and time management skills.

Working quickly without compromising quality.

Able to follow instructions accurately.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

* cleaner: 1 year (Preferred)
