Accounts & Documentation Executive
. The ideal candidate should possess basic accounting knowledge, be detail-oriented, and able to manage documentation with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day
accounting tasks
, including basic entries and reconciliations.
Prepare, organize, and manage
business documentation
related to clients, vendors, and transactions.
Work with
Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Word)
to maintain financial records and reports.
Coordinate with customers and vendors, ensuring smooth communication and
polite, professional interaction

Support the planning and tracking of
cash flow
and payment schedules.
Apply
basic accounting principles
to ensure accurate financial documentation.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in
Accounting, Commerce, or related discipline

Basic knowledge of
accounting concepts and principles
.
Good command of
English (verbal and written)
.
Proficient in
Microsoft Excel, Word

Ability to communicate in a
