We are currently seeking an experienced
Accounts Payable Executive
to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing payables, VAT filing, and working with Tally software.Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage all vendor payments accurately and on time Maintain up-to-date records of all payables and reconciliations Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding payment issues Ensure proper documentation and accounting of all transactions in Tally Assist in month-end closing and audit preparations
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience
in Accounts PayableStrong knowledge of Tally software
Experience in VAT filing
within the UAE Attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Apply only if yoursalary expectations are within AED 3,500 to 5,000
