We are seeking an experienced and proactive

Maintenance Supervisor

to oversee all maintenance operations for our residential and commercial real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in

facilities management

,

building systems

, and

preventive maintenance

, with the ability to lead a team of technicians and subcontractors to ensure properties are safe, well-maintained, and compliant with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations across multiple properties. Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil systems. Respond to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues promptly. Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Manage a team of in-house technicians and external service providers. Monitor performance of systems and suggest improvements or replacements when necessary. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and local regulatory requirements. Prepare maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective operations. Conduct routine property inspections and generate reports. Liaise with property managers, tenants, and vendors regarding maintenance concerns and resolutions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably within real estate, property management, or facility management.

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering or related field. Strong technical knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, BMS). Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
