commercial refrigeration systems and cold room storage
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with
indoor and outdoor commercial refrigeration units
, including cold room installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. A
valid UAE driving license
is
mandatory
for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and perform
maintenance, repair, and installation
of commercial refrigeration systems (both indoor chiller and freezer display units and outdoor compressor units), walk-in coolers, freezers, cold rooms, with split and central system units.
Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration system faults effectively and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct
regular inspections
to ensure all refrigeration equipment operates efficiently and safely.
Lead our
maintenance team
and coordinate work schedules to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed on time.
Work closely with
suppliers and contractors
when needed for installation or major maintenance works.
Maintain
accurate service records
and documentatio
n
for all refrigeration units.
Ensure compliance with all
safety regulations
and c
ompany maintenance standards
.
Requirements:
Proven experience (
minimum 2-3 years
) in
commercial refrigeration maintenance and cold room installations
.
Strong knowledge of
mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems
.
Previous
supervisory or lead team
experience is a plus with technical experience.
Valid UAE driving license is a must
.
Ability to read and interpret
technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
.
Good communication and problem-solving
skills.
Willingness to
work flexible hours
and respond to
emergency maintenance calls
if needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or Technical Certification
in Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering background or related Engineering fields.
Knowledge of
refrigeration safety standards
and
environmental compliance
.
