About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced

Maintenance Supervisor / Technician Supervisor

to oversee day-to-day technical operations and lead a team of skilled technicians across multiple sites in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be

hands-on, tech-savvy, flexible with work hours

, and possess a

valid UAE driver's license

. You will be the key person ensuring service quality, efficient team coordination, and timely communication with management.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of multi-skilled technicians (AC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.). Coordinate daily tasks, assign job orders, and follow up to ensure completion and quality. Conduct site visits to inspect work, diagnose issues, and support troubleshooting when needed. Use maintenance apps/software for task tracking, team coordination, and reporting. Schedule and monitor team shifts, attendance, and replacements. Provide training, technical support, and performance feedback to technicians. Communicate with clients when necessary to resolve technical issues or complaints. Prepare and submit reports on team performance, site conditions, and material usage. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all job sites. Drive to various sites as required - must have a valid UAE driving license.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a technician supervisor or similar role in maintenance/FM industry. Strong technical background in at least one core trade (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.). Valid UAE driver's license is mandatory. Strong leadership and team management skills. Tech-savvy, familiar with job tracking apps, scheduling tools, and reporting systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals. Flexible and reliable, willing to work outside regular hours when required.
