Oversee maintenance of food processing equipment, refrigeration units, HVAC, and facility infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP) during maintenance activities.
Schedule and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
Maintain logs of equipment servicing, breakdowns, and corrective actions.
Coordinate with external contracts for specialized repairs and equipment calibration.
Transport Coordination
Plan and dispatch vehicles for inter-branch deliveries of raw materials and finished goods.
Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and cold chain integrity during transit.
Communicate with branch managers to align delivery timing with operational needs.
Monitor vehicle sanitation, temperature control, and compliance with food transport regulations.
Maintain transport documentation (e.g., delivery logs, permits, vehicle maintenance records)
Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to align transport schedules.
Handle transport-related emergencies, including vehicle breakdowns and route disruptions.
Job Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance supervision and transport coordination.
Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is highly desirable.
