We are urgently hiring a

Maintenance Supervisor cum Purchaser

to manage day-to-day site maintenance operations and handle material purchasing for various residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in supervising MEP and civil maintenance works and must be capable of independently handling procurement tasks and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise technical teams for day-to-day MEP, HVAC, plumbing, and civil maintenance works. Attend and resolve maintenance complaints from clients and residents. Coordinate with technicians, ensure quality of work, and monitor performance. Visit multiple sites to evaluate work status and material requirements. Prepare material lists, collect quotations, and make timely purchases from suppliers. Ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality and delivery deadlines. Maintain records of purchases, quotations, and inventory stock levels. Deliver materials to sites as needed and ensure proper handover to technicians. Liaise with clients, vendors, and site engineers as required.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in Maintenance supervisor field. Diploma or Graduate in Engineering, Facility Management, or relevant technical field. Good knowledge of MEP and civil maintenance practices. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and report-writing abilities. Experience in local market purchasing and vendor coordination. Valid UAE Manual Driving License
