Job Summary

Ard Aljamal Cosmetics Manufacturing LLC, a fast-growing company in the cosmetics manufacturing industry, is looking for a skilled and hands-on Warehouse & Machine Maintenance Supervisor. This role combines the responsibilities of a Machine Operator, Machine Maintenance Supervisor, and warehouse coordinator -- ideal for candidates with a strong background in factory equipment maintenance and inventory control within a cosmetics or personal care manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation & Maintenance

Operate daily cosmetics manufacturing machines including mixers, filling lines, sealing machines, and capping machines. Act as a Machine Operator during production runs to ensure proper performance and minimal downtime. Take charge as a Machine Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring all machinery undergoes regular preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting. Maintain comprehensive maintenance logs, track equipment servicing schedules, and report breakdowns promptly. Ensure machine cleanliness and safety according to GMP and factory hygiene standards.

Warehouse Management

Oversee warehouse operations including raw material receiving, batch-wise storage, and finished goods dispatch. Implement FIFO systems, monitor stock levels, and coordinate daily with the production team. Maintain accurate inventory records using Excel or ERP systems (preferably Odoo). Conduct routine stock audits and ensure inventory reconciliation. Maintain a clean, well-organized, and compliant warehouse in line with cosmetics manufacturing best practices.

Documentation & Coordination

Maintain and update Bill of Materials (BOM) as per production and R&D changes. Log all stock movements, machine maintenance activities, and warehouse reports. Collaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure uninterrupted production flow.

Candidate Profile

2-5 years of experience as a Machine Operator, Machine Maintenance Supervisor, or warehouse in-charge in a cosmetics manufacturing or FMCG factory. Hands-on mechanical skills for operating and maintaining production machinery. Strong working knowledge of cosmetics manufacturing equipment, raw material handling, and production flows. Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo preferred) and good Excel skills. Physically fit and capable of handling both machinery and warehouse tasks. Proactive, organized, and dependable with strong attention to detail. Must be based in or willing to relocate to DIP 2, Dubai.
