Job Description

General Duties:

. Under the responsibility of the Hotel Manager, is responsible for the technical management and maintenance of the installations in his hotel

. Ensures the safety of people and property

. Ensures the proper management of assets (closed and covered)

Main Responsibilities:

1. Relation Client :

. Actively contributes to the comfort and satisfaction of customers by ensuring a rapid and appropriate intervention

2. Business/production technique

. Performs occasional repair work

. Anticipates by its control, alerts and intervenes on any malfunction of the technical and security installations

. Develops corrective action plans, implements them and monitors them

. Responsible for the implementation of the Preventive Maintenance Plan defined by the Maintenance Engineer

. Advise its Director on the intervention needs of external service providers

. Monitors the interventions of specialized external service providers

3. Management

. Contributes to the optimization of hotel results by making rooms available for sale

. Develop the maintenance budget (Contracts, Purchasing...)

. Proposes the investment budget

. Optimize the budget for specialized external interventions

. Optimizes energy consumption, by monitoring this consumption and proposing improvement actions

. Optimizes maintenance expenses by ensuring that its teams make good use of the equipment

. Manages the stocks of technical equipment within the established budget

4. Team management/Transversal involvement

. Develops its employees by bringing them to their best level of skills and by supporting them in their professional development

. Ensures the involvement and motivation of its employees by creating a good working climate

. Manages the work schedule of its employees in compliance with social legislation

. Guarantees the quality of work of its employees
