We're Hiring: Maintenance Head (Arabic Speaker)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary range: 35000 AED-40000 AED

Are you an experienced leader passionate about maintaining excellence in property management?

We're looking for a dedicated and hands-on Maintenance Head to take full ownership of the physical condition and operational integrity of our real estate portfolio -- including residential buildings, apartments, and common facilities.

This is a leadership role that combines technical expertise with strategic oversight. The ideal candidate will ensure our properties remain safe, functional, and impeccably maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all maintenance operations across residential and commercial properties Lead and supervise a team of technicians, cleaners, and contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all assets and systems Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety and building codes Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues and coordinate effective resolutions Manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and fire safety systems Maintain accurate maintenance records, cost tracking, and inventory Coordinate with property managers and tenants to address maintenance concerns professionally Supervise renovation, repair, and upgrade projects ensuring quality and timely completion Monitor maintenance budgets and optimize resource utilization Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and environmental standards

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in property or facilities maintenance Strong technical knowledge of building systems and infrastructure Proven leadership and team management experience Proficiency in maintenance software and reporting tools Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
