Responsibilities
Handle
maintenance tasks
including plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry work
Furnish and design
apartments to meet Dubai Tourism (DTCM) holiday home standards
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for furniture, appliances, and decor
Manage apartment setups from start to finish, including delivery, installation, and final inspection
Conduct regular maintenance checks and quick fixes for operating holiday homes
Requirements
Must have
own car
for transportation between properties
Previous experience
in holiday homes or real estate fit-out projects
Strong
vendor network
(furniture, appliances, decor, and maintenance suppliers)
Practical experience in
plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry
Ability to work independently and manage multiple units at once
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
