Maintenance Technician / Handyman

to join our operations team and help keep our properties in perfect condition for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting in holiday home apartments (plumbing, electrical, painting, AC, appliances, etc.) Conduct regular inspections before and after guest stays Respond quickly to urgent maintenance requests from the operations and guest relations teams Coordinate with third-party vendors when specialized repairs are needed Ensure all tools, materials, and equipment are properly maintained Report maintenance activities and completed work through the internal system Support with furniture assembly, minor installations, and apartment setups when required

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Maintenance Technician or Handyman

(experience in

holiday homes / hospitality industry

preferred) Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and AC maintenance Must hold a valid UAE driver's license (preferred) Good communication skills in English Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Willing to travel across Dubai for property maintenance tasks
