Qualification: BE in Civil Engineering
Industry Experience: Civil Engineer with experience in Facilities Management and Fit-Out Works
Salary Range: AED 5,000 - AED 6,000 (With family status)
Key Responsibilities:
Execute Civil, MEP, and Joinery works to the required standards.
Prepare BOQs and cost estimations for projects.
Interact with clients and understand their requirements.
Prepare documentation for PTW (Permit to Work) approvals.
Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely work completion and inspections.
Liaise with clients/consultants for material submittals and shop drawing approvals.
Ensure project handling complies with HSE and quality standards.
Collaborate with design, construction, and maintenance teams to meet project goals.
Maintain test reports and third-party certificates for handover.
Manage renovation and extension works for villas as per client specifications.
Supervise civil works such as flooring, waterproofing, and final finishes.
Address and resolve any unexpected site issues.
Prepare Inspection Requests (IRs) for marking, material preparation, and completion approvals.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
