As a Maintenance Coordinator, you should demonstrate excellent organizational skills and be able to liaise with other departments and service providers about preventive maintenance, regular inspections, diagnosis, and repairs of machines, equipment and supplies of the Hotel. You will provide effective administrative support for the department, completing all activities to the required standard, and in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Minimum two (2) years' experience in Engineering or Maintenance Department in a hotel, apartment, facilities management or similar set up.
Knowledge and understanding of general maintenance and engineering works.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational skills to handle multiple assignments.
Ability to work without close supervision and within established time frames.
Has good communication and interaction skills, and an excellent team player.
