Conduct preventative maintenance of equipment as per the schedule. Identify problems as they arise, informing Maintenance Supervisor of deviations, or when unfamiliar with situations.
Assist Maintenance Supervisor with daily maintenance tasks and in case of any breakdown activities.
Assisting in implementing preventive maintenance schedules, inspect equipment for wear and potential issues, and replace faulty components promptly to avoid breakdowns.
Compliance with HACCP
Document maintenance activities, manage tools and spare parts inventory, and adhere strictly to safety protocols.
Perform any other assignments as required by the Maintenance Supervisor.
Working closely with production staff, the incumbent will provide input to enhance machine performance, recommend improvements for machinery efficiency, and contribute to a safe and effective maintenance culture within the facility.
