We are seeking a skilled and dependable Washing Machine Technician to join our service team. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing issues, repairing, installing, and maintaining a wide range of washing machines (semi-automatic, fully automatic, top-load, and front-load). The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot problems in washing machines
Repair or replace faulty components such as motors, valves, pumps, belts, sensors, and control boards
Install new washing machines and demonstrate basic usage to customers
Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning services
Maintain accurate service records and customer feedback
Ensure timely and professional customer visits
Follow safety standards and company protocols during service calls
Communicate effectively with the support team and report major technical issues
