We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Machine Technician with a minimum of 2 years of experience working with CNC machines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of CNC and other related machinery to ensure efficient and continuous production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate, troubleshoot and maintain CNC machines and related equipment.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure machinery remains in optimal working condition.
Diagnose mechanical and technical issues and carry out timely repairs.
Ensure all machines operate at maximum efficiency and quality output.
Collaborate with the production and engineering teams for machine setup and calibration.
Maintain service logs and records of maintenance activities.
Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Provide technical support for any machinery-related issues during production.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience working with CNC machines.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems in CNC machines.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours if required to meet production needs.
