To consistently ensure that clients requirements and enquiries are being satisfied, without compromising Parker Wellbore Quality and Safety Policies through proper planning of equipment and crew mobilization taking into consideration the financial aspects of the operations.

Essential functions

Report all operations activities to the Management and partake in planning for better operation efficiency.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for controlling and coordinating all aspects of Tubular Running Services operations across the region.

\xc2\xb7 Maximize product line financial results with a focus on revenue and gross profit.

\xc2\xb7 Attend regular client meeting.

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate and respond to customer enquiries as required.

\xc2\xb7 Should know the Parker Wellbore quality & HSE policy and be able to implement the policies with the crew.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for employee training, supervision and performance management.

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate equipment, personnel requirements and necessary documentation.

\xc2\xb7 Organize and participate on training of crew members..

\xc2\xb7 Ensure that the task will be performed at the highest quality and safety level.

\xc2\xb7 Regularly access personnel performance and make necessary recommendation for promotion.

\xc2\xb7 Assist in the selection of crew members to suit operations.

\xc2\xb7 Pre brief and Post brief crews on specific jobs.

\xc2\xb7 Review client equipment requirements & contract obligations.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure field reports are completed and accurate.

\xc2\xb7 Provide technical support to field operations.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare capex equipment requirements \xe2\x80\x93 PO, Quotes etc.

Qualifications

Necessary qualifications, skills and abilities

\xc2\xb7 Qualifications in Mechanical or Electronic applications or past experience in a similar operation, rig operation or casing and tubing running activity.

\xc2\xb7 2+ years in yard or machine shop.

\xc2\xb7 The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situation.l.

\xc2\xb7 Strong operational and technical skills; Extensive equipment and product knowledge.

\xc2\xb7 Basic Management skills.

\xc2\xb7 Good computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point.

\xc2\xb7 Good written and oral communication skills.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to influence personnel to perform at the highest level.

\xc2\xb7 Strong Interpersonal skills.

Physical demands and work environment

• Ability to walk on uneven ground (gravel, rocks, mounds, ice)
