Job Responsibilities:
\xe2\x80\x93 Supervise machine shop operations.
\xe2\x80\x93 Supervise, develop, and support operators.
\xe2\x80\x93 Plan, schedule, and review workload and manpower to make sure targets are being met on a cost-effective basis.
\xe2\x80\x93 Supervise stock and use of raw materials.
\xe2\x80\x93 To work closely with the management team to ensure customers\xe2\x80\x99 demands are met.
\xe2\x80\x93 To ensure all staff are trained to the correct standard.
\xe2\x80\x93 Operate within budgets set.
\xe2\x80\x93 Report on performance as and when required.
\xe2\x80\x93 Adhere to 5S standards in all areas.
\xe2\x80\x93 Oversee all aspects of the department including offline programming.
Job Requirements:
Job Requirements:
\xe2\x80\x93 Minimum 5 years of experience working on CNC machines.
\xe2\x80\x93 Have a thorough understanding of the machining industry.
\xe2\x80\x93 Experience using Haas machines and/or SolidCAM software will be an advantage.
