Job Title: Machine Shop Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise machine shop operations.
- Supervise, develop, and support operators.
- Plan, schedule, and review workload and manpower to make sure targets are being met on a cost-effective basis.
- Supervise stock and use of raw materials.
- To work closely with the management team to ensure customers\' demands are met.
- To ensure all staff are trained to the correct standard.
- Operate within budgets set.
- Report on performance as and when required.
- Adhere to 5S standards in all areas.
- Oversee all aspects of the department including offline programming.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working on CNC machines.
- Have a thorough understanding of the machining industry.
- Experience using Haas machines and/or SolidCAM software will be an advantage.
