to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various production machines, including CNC machines, laser punching machines, bending machines, compressors, and powder coating equipment.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience in machine maintenance, and the ability to minimize downtime by ensuring smooth operation of all equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC, laser punching, and bending machines.
Inspect and maintain air compressors and powder coating systems for optimal performance.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in machinery and repair them efficiently.
Maintain proper records of maintenance schedules, service reports, and breakdowns.
Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure minimal downtime.
Calibrate and align machinery components as needed.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and operational standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma or ITI in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering.
3-4 years of experience in machine maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience in maintaining:
CNC machines (troubleshooting & alignment)
Laser punching and bending machines
Air compressors
Powder coating equipment
Knowledge of electrical panels and PLC systems is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently under pressure.
