Responsible for operating CNC and VMC machines and performing routine maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient machine performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC and VMC machines as per job requirements.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
Ensure machines are clean, lubricated, and functioning properly.
Read and interpret technical drawings and job instructions.
Maintain production records and report any machine issues to supervisors.
Follow safety standards and maintain a clean work area.
Requirements:
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field.
2+ years of experience in CNC/VMC machine operation and maintenance.
Basic knowledge of machine programming and tool changes
