Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various coffee machines (home-use and commercial)
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
Ensure machines are operating at optimal performance
Provide on-site support and troubleshooting when needed
Maintain service records and report technical issues
? Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of hands-on experience
in coffee machine maintenance
Strong knowledge of both
home-use and commercial coffee equipment
Ability to work independently and respond to urgent service calls
Good communication skills and customer service orientation
