Charterhouse is working exclusively with an iconic Luxury Fashion Brand, who is looking to hire a strong and dynamic Store Manager to lead one of their lucrative boutiques in Dubai.

About the role
This role will be responsible for management, recruitment, training, development and motivation of the team. The Store Manager will be handling day to day boutique operations, driving the performance of the store and constantly looking for ways to improve the business.

To be successful in this role, you must have extensive experience in retail store management, strong commercial focus and business acumen with a practice in setting and managing the targets and KPIs. In addition, you will have solid understanding of the luxury retail industry, the region and its clientele.

Moreover, this role will oversee the visual merchandising standards of the store and ensure the optimization of the stock level usage. You will report directly to the Regional Retail Manager for the Middle East Region.

About you
Our client is looking for a dynamic luxury retail professional, with strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. The role requires a minimum of 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar position for an international luxury brand.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for fashion and strong experience across shoes and leather goods category. Fluency in English is must and second language is an advantage.
