Store Manager, Dubai

Our client is an MNC which is one of the world\'s major players in sports apparel and footwear.

Responsibilities:

Manage outlet keys, outlet daily opening, closure.
Hire team members.
Develop strategies and lead team members to achieve target.
Provide training to team members.
Ensure outlet appearance is clean, presentable and all merchandise display follow Visual Merchandising guidelines.
Manage AND MAINTAIN STOCK.
Update budget for monthly and annually sales target.
Prepare management report monthly.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-4 years of experience as store manager with Shoe/Fashion/Apparel group.
Good communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Arabic / Western speakers preferred.
